TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Introduction ​

    • All orders placed on the Webshop are subject to availability. The Seller reserves the right to decline any order for any reason.

  2. Prices and Payment

    • All prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) as per Dutch regulations.

    • Payment can be made using the methods specified on the Webshop. The order will be processed once the payment has been received and confirmed.

  3. Delivery

    • Delivery times provided on the Webshop are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Seller will make every effort to ensure timely delivery but is not responsible for delays outside of its control.

  4. Returns and Refunds

    • Buyers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, provided the products are in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

  5. Liability

    • The Seller's liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

  6. Privacy

    • The Seller is committed to protecting the privacy of its Buyers. Personal information collected during the ordering process will be used solely for the purpose of processing the order and will not be shared with third parties without the Buyer's consent.

  7. Governing Law

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved in a Dutch court.

  8. Amendments

    • The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Webshop, and it is the Buyer's responsibility to review them before placing an order.
